The vibrant and creative Mr. Kumar has over 10 years of experience in driving operational excellence programs in micro finance services sector. His incomparable expertise in MFI sector along with solution oriented approaches, innovation and fortitude in an increasingly competitive and rapidly expanding banking and Financial Sector. As of now he is Director in Seed Capital Private Limited (SCPL), a NBFC rendering microfinance services in the rural area of Hazipur and Begusarai. Further as a Director of SCPL, he is working with a vision to provide financial services to the underserved in India through innovative technologies and mainstream financial institutions. Since last 1 year SCPL is working as Microfinance Service provider in view of providing banking services in the rural areas that traditionally have not been able to avail the services of formal banking sector.
